A new facility has been inaugurated by His Excellency Eissa Saif Al Qubaisi, General Manager of Center of Waste Management – Abu Dhabi (Tadweer) for licensing department, tariffs and customer services. The current office is located within the premises of Tadweer’s headquarters at Delma Street. The opening of this new office shows the authority’s dedication towards offering better customer service and ensure world class service standards have been maintained.
Speaking on the occasion, His Excellency Eissa Saif Al Qubaisi said that Tadweer was leaving no stone unturned to guarantee customers’ needs were fully met. The establishment of a dedicated office ensures customers about Tadweer’s commitment towards the ultimate objective of delivering high quality services as per Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. The new office is fully equipped with new specifications and standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and also guarantee seamless communication with all stakeholders involved.
The most featured facilities of the new office include prayer area, free parking lots, Wi-Fi, female waiting area, and dedicated services for customers having special needs. The office will also offer smart government and social media services. An entire new section has been dedicated to receive and timely address all customer complaints then and there. The ability to quickly manage all customer concerns would improve work flow and help clear any backlog created.
Tadweer has also launched an application to deliver smart services through which customers will be able to access several of the services offered which include Track Status of Applications, Request for Waste Collection, Pest Control Service, Tadweer Customer Centre Locator, and Inquires about Waste Dumping Sites. Customers can download the app compatible with several of the mobile operating systems.
