A new customer suggestion campaign has been launched by Dubai Land Department to ensure that the quality of services it offers to customers is enhanced. By introducing this campaign the authority wants to get a better understanding of the customer’s viewpoint about services being offered. The feedback collected will be used to upgrade the performance standards set.

Assistant Director General and Head of Investment Management Promotion Centre, Majida Ali Rashid explained the motives behind the drive. The authority wants to ensure that customers are not just satisfied but delighted with the level of service offered. Dubai Land Department will also use the information collected to formulate better policies in real estate sector of Dubai which ultimately lead to innovation, excellence and development.

Customers are requested by the authority to ensure their full participation which would eventually help them benefit from better services. DLD is currently receiving suggestions in three departments including Customer Services Department, Real Estate Relationships Management Services Department, and Real Estate Registration Services Department. There are two ways via which customers can voice their opinions. They can either visit DLD’s head office or visit the URL designated solely for this purpose: The authority has further said that all customers interested in sharing their experiences or forwarding suggestions should do so by 13th of August 2014. The department will scrutinize all suggestions, among which a few best ones will be selected for a raffle and a prize would be announced. The department will invite the prize winner to offer suggestions for improving the effectiveness of DLD’s social media channels.
