UAE Exchange was presented International Standard for Service Excellence certificate by Business Standards Company recently. The ceremony was held at the UAE Exchange headquarters, headed by BSI Managing Director for EMEA Mr. Mark Basham alongside Ethos Consultancy Director Mr. Bilal Al Omari and UAE Exchange Country Head Mr. Varghese Mathew.

The award (TISSE2012) has been developed in the UK by The International Customer Service Institute (TICSI).

Mr. Basham of BSI expressed his satisfaction over UAE Exchange’s commitment to excellence, saying “We are glad to present the TISSE2012 certificate to UAE Exchange. This certification reveals the company’s commitment to provide an excellent service and to maintain the quality of their operations. UAE Exchange and BSI share a common value and that is to make excellence a habit and we are looking forward to continue working with them.”

Mr. Varghese Mathew showed strong desire to excel as a remittance brand in the UAE region by focusing on excellent customer service: “We understand the great competition in the market.
