The event will be attended by prominent speakers from the customer service industry.

The seminar will be held at the Armani hotel on the 19th of March, on behalf of Genesys, a leading provider of customer experience and contact center solutions.  The event will cover various topics under customer service and social media.

Leading customer service experts will be speaking at the seminar. Martin Hill-Wilson, author of “Delivering Effective Social Customer Service” will be speaking at the event. Hamza Nasir of LiveAdmins JLT will also be attending the event.
