Investment of Dhs100 million made in order to revamp Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.

Multiple new international brands are being introduced at the Mall of Emirates, in direction of achieving its vision of “Evolution 2015”.

The introduction of the fashion district, which has new stores and brands, has opened this week. The Mall of emirates is currently under development and will see further growth by launching more brands and restaurants by 2015 and other entertainment offerings as well.

A few stores will be relocated and some will be added to maintain the traffic balance of the mall,” said Dimitri Vazelakis, Executive Managing Director of shopping malls for Majid Al Futtaim.

Mall of Emirates is looking to provide customers with entertainment and an enjoyable experience, by offering them a range of things to do and explore. The mall will look to achieve great customer service delivery.

Existing features of the mall will also be redeveloped, such as the cinema, which will be updated to 4D technology and will be made much larger than the current one.

According to an estimate around 40 million customers visit the mall annually.
