OCS Emirates Launches FM Services for Customers

OCS Group has signed a new venture with United Technical Services, aiming to introduce customer oriented Facilities Management services. The headquarter will be in Abu Dhabi and the partnership will help OCS offer a wide range of services in UAE related to Facilities Management.

Global CEO of OCS Group, Mr. Chris Cracknell spoke on the occasion about the purpose of company’s further expansion into UAE, “Launching an OCS operation in the UAE illustrates the commitment we have for the Middle East”. He further added, “We are opening a customer-focused, family owned company that will train and nurture our people respective to a client’s business and through our joint venture with United Technical Services , introduce proprietary technology that will help clients manage their assets effectively and cost-efficiently.”

Chairman and CEO of United Technical Services, Mr. Omar Ziad Al Askari talked about the newly started partnership, saying “The likeminded focus on customer service created an instant synergy between two family-owned businesses. This will ensure the partnership delivers a new standard of integrated FM for clients who manage master developments, residential communities or industrial and office-based complexes. The business integration is complete and we are now implementing a clear strategy to consolidate our local experience that will help position OCS Emirates as a market leader.”

The company had setup its operations in Qatar back in 2012.
