Mr. Andy Ripley, HSBC’s Head of Retail Banking and Wealth Management in UAE, said, “Through HSBC Tablet, clients can go through a full-fledged financial planning and risk tolerance exercise, select the appropriate insurance and investment product recommended by their Relationship Manager as per their need, instantly authorise transactions via digital signature including electronic capture of supporting documents, with the full report in their Inbox by the end of the meeting.”
Currently, HSBC has over 100 qualified financial advisers counseling customers towards goal oriented financial plans. The new service will help financial advisers work more efficiently in a paperless environment, providing advisers better customer engagement opportunities and increasing customer experience.
The portability factor alongside the availability of Wealth Dashboard and Strategic Financial Planning (SFP) Tool will enable the advisers to provide more interactive sessions to customers. The Wealth Dashboard will help showcase performance of different investments made by customers in a single view.
