FlyDubai Introduces Its Business Lounge

Customers flying the Business class with FlyDubai, will now be able to enjoy premium services in the business lounge made for them.

Flydubai has made public the launch of its Business Lounge, which will be used to offer more services to the business class passengers.

The business lounge is located on the Terminal 2 at The Dubai International Airport, spread over two levels, catering to Business class passengers and offering them quality service, focusing on comfort and convenience for the customers.

Customers are catered to with a great focus on customer experience and satisfaction, by offering them entertainment, such as widescreen televisions, free wireless internet facility and newspapers etc. to improve their customer journey. Meals, such as breakfast, lunch or dinner are available for customers with multiple options of food and drink choices, which are available all day around.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at Flydubai, said: “We are pleased to announce the opening of the first Flydubai Business Lounge which offers passengers greater comfort and convenience during their journey.”

The airline will also be starting an executive shuttle service, at Terminal 2, Dubai International Airport, which will give customers the service of moving quickly and easily from the plane to the terminal. The service will commence from Friday 18 July 2014.
