New and innovative app by Etisalat launched, to improve customer service efficiency and offer more features to customers on the go.
A new application introduced by Etisalat, called the’ Etisalat UAE’ is made for smartphones and tablets, which lets customers select from multiple Etisalat services at one stop. Customers can download the app on their smartphone or tablet, and manage their Etisalat accounts from there.
Customers can use the app, to control mobile accounts, pay their bills, as well as browse and purchase new services on the go. The app is in line with Etisalat’s strategy of delivering smart services, and ensuring that customers are given a smooth experience and quick customer service.
The application comes with an array of options to select from, such as customers being able to manage their data usage, through the ‘myUsage’ part. Pay their bills and make registration through the eBill service and even charge mobile credit, via the ‘wasel’ mobile credit.
Other than providing news and updates, through the ‘myNews’ feature, customers can also benefit from helpful customer service features of the app, such as location services, which lets customers locate and find nearby Etisalat Business centers, outlets and even payment machines. Customers can enjoy the fast experience of Live Chat, with the customer care representative as well.

The App can be downloaded for free on android, IOS, Blackberry and Windows.
