Dubai Outlet Mall is looking to expand and increase the number of shops to meet the rising demand of customers as the retail sector continues to grow. The mall which currently has 240 shops is being visited by 150,000 to 160,000 customers a week.
“Phase two will be expanding the Outlet Mall. It has been on the cards for some time, but we are working more seriously now towards expansion,” said Mr Vishal Mahajan, the director for the mall.
The plan for expansion has been driven by increasing number of tourists coming to Dubai to shop and as consumer retail spending grows. The outlet mall offers both upmarket as well as mass market brands.
Having a wide variety of options to choose from as well as giving high discounts improves the overall customer experience provided by the mall and encourages customers to continue shopping there in the future.
