The Public Health Services Department at Dubai Municipality has introduced their campaign called, ‘Together for effective control and safer cosmetics’ in direction with the 8th beauty world exhibition which recently took place in Dubai.
Dr. Naseem Mohammed Rafee, Head of Consumer Products Safety Section at the civic body highlighted the importance of using healthy and toxic free beauty products. She spoke about specialists in the personal care field who are interested in introducing new beauty products, but don’t look at health and safety concerns of those products.
The campaign is looking to create awareness about the risk of using harmful beauty and skincare products. Dubai Municipality has shown their concern for consumers and their health, by encouraging them to have complete customer satisfaction before purchasing any such product.
