The customer service center of Dubai Customs in Jebel Ali will now be open for longer hours for the assistance of customers. The center will remain open from 7:30 am to 4pm Sundays to Thursdays as well as on Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
Dubai customs is looking to enhance customer experience, by making service delivery more convenient and easy. Customers won’t have to rush to offices due to limited hours and it will also reduce the waiting time.
Naser Al Jumairi, Director of Jebel Ali and TECOM ?Customs Centre said “Jebel Ali Customs Center is very keen on processing clients’ requests in a timely manner. It is now only a matter of few minutes to get the Customs declarations, set-off declarations, manifests, claims, and finally stamped release certificates. These exceptionally fast services allow traders to receive their consignments in no time and avoid extra costs arising from delays in Customs clearance.”
Dubai Customs is one of the first complete smart government departments, with all its services connected with smartphones, providing service around the clock. The online tracking system promises effective customer service making sure the problems of the customers are catered to.
