Best Practices Exhibited by Empower in First Customer Workshop

Empower, a leading district cooling service provider, recently organized a customer workshop in Dubai unveiling benchmarks, industry trends and operational features for the cooling sector. The main purpose of organizing this workshop was to improve quality and level of interaction between Empower and its customers living in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Palm Jumeirah, Ibn Battuta Mall, Jumeriah Village and Discovery Gardens.

Speaking on the occasion, CEO Empower, Mr. Ahmad Bin Shafar said, “Our growth over the last decade demonstrates that district cooling technologies are a viable option for infrastructure development in the United Arab Emirates.” He further shared his optimism about the organization’s vision in providing high end cooling services. The District Cooling Services is also aiming to offer new technologies to ensure each stakeholders’ requirements have been adequately fulfilled.

Several presentations highlighting technical and operational efforts of Empower were also conducted which showcased reliability of networks offered by the company across Dubai. More customer workshops are being planned for the future.
