Dubai Courts has announced the introduction of an electronic service which looks to deliver a smooth and more effective way of publishing legal declaration ads in local newspapers. Dubai courts is looking to offer quality oriented and efficient services which result in complete customer satisfaction, which is in line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The service will promise efficient and prompt processing of all legal ads. Users can place various legal ads online in a hassle-free manner, especially when it is difficult to get in touch with the defendant. Users will also be able to access complete information related to legal ads including history, type, number of law cases, the names of the parties involved and texts of the declarations.
Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General, Dubai Courts expressed confidence in the launch of the e-service. He said that the new service will add value to the user experience and enhance customer satisfaction levels. He said that the introduction of this new service will completely revamp how court transactions are carried out. He highlighted the benefits of using the new service which include easy declarations of legal notices, as it would save a lot time and effort. He reiterated Dubai courts commitment to offering innovative and smart solution for various legal services. He said the introduction of the latest e-service is part of a larger effort to turn the leadership’s vision into reality, which includes achieving 100 percent customer happiness and satisfaction.
Additionally, users can also make use of this service by downloading the smartphone app or through the self-service device at the Dubai Courts building.
