Du, the telecom operator is targeting to deliver free WiFi at major locations in the UAE, in line with the Smart City initiative. The project is called “WiFi UAE” and is aiming to provide free WiFi in over 100 major locations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
“Today is a defining moment in the journey of the UAE’s Vision 2021 as we transform into a smart city. Time and again, we have seen that progressive cities evolve — enabling their residents to use time more efficiently, leading to better, easier and happier lives,” said Ahmad Bin Byat, chairman of Du.
Du is making its strategies keeping the customer as the focus and trying to improve the customer service it provides across UAE and enhance the quality of experience delivered by the company.
