Ms. Thamna Sharifi, Director of the Zone, at Al Falah Post Office in Abu Dhabi spoke about the criteria set for the customer rating system in line with UAE Vision 2021 and UAE Excellence Award. She also explained the reason behind the program and steps which were required to be taken in order to achieve success. A total of eight criterion were presented by her which needed to be followed by the group for standardization of customer service.
Recently, the Emirates Government Excellence Program awarded 8 post offices of the Emirates Post Group with 4-star rating. Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, said that this initiative would motivate the eight post offices to work harder and able to set high quality service standards.
