Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), in accordance with Smart Dubai Vision, has launched a dedicated smartphone app which will serve as a gateway to fulfill information needs of its customers by providing the latest updates.

Through this app, the customers will be able to locate ENOC and EPPCO Service Stations, Tasjeel Sites and ZOOM stores. The App covers in detail information about timings of food and beverage outlets, money exchange houses, pharmacies, bank branches, over 90 brands and laundries operating at different ENOC service stations. The company will use this App to make announcements about latest promotions and special offers extended. At the moment, the App is supporting two languages, English and Arabic.

CEO ENOC, Mr. Saeed Khoory, talked about the role of this app in extending Smart Dubai Vision, saying, “We are committed to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to establish Dubai as one of the smartest cities in the world by leveraging the latest in technologies. The new App is part of an ongoing enterprise mobility roadmap that we are implementing to maximize customer satisfaction, enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to Dubai’s Smart City initiative. With the new App, customers can access information relating to ENOC anytime, anywhere.”

Motorists can use this app to find fuel self-service facilities. The App relies on ViP (Vehicle Identification Pass), RFID (Radio Frequency Identification System and Push Notification Technologies, enabling customers to receive ENOC messages about new offers and promotions besides getting help with the navigation.

The App will initially be available for iOS and Android, while Windows version will be launched soon. It can be downloaded from App Store and Google Play.
