Zain Bahrain has publicized its plans of expanding their network in order to raise the 4G LTE network capacity. Zain Bahrain introduced its recent network modernization plan in the beginning of 2014 and has been working on enhancing its performance, in order to offer quality network facilities, which are faster, more efficient and dependable.
“We are glad to announce another network expansion during the next few days whereas we will be expanding our 4G LTE network capacity by 30%, that will enable us to continue delivering superior quality of service and customer experience for our growing customer base,” said Hamad Al Rumaihi Network Director from Zain Bahrain.
Focusing on customer service, the company said customers might have to go through some service interruptions while work on the network is taking place. However the company comforted the customers that it will try its best to provide the best technology and processes to make sure service isn’t compromised during the expansion.
Al Rumaihi also went on to add that they were pleased with the strong customer adoption of their 4G LTE products and services. He also said that they look to further invest in the network in order to keep up with customer expectations.
In another statement, Zain Bahrain spoke about becoming one of the first operators in Middle East to promote itself to the ISO27001:2013 certification. The certificate was given to Zain Bahrain, after an audit which was carried out by an external firm, DNV GL. It assured Zain Bahrain’s compliance on quality measures of information security management, such as matching international standards of guarding information confidentiality, reducing the risk of exploitation, maintaining continual improvement initiatives, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
