Warba Bank has launched its new iPhone application for customers which allows them access to all relevant and crucial financial transactions regarding their account with the bank. The app is bilingual, offering support in both, English and Arabic. The new app is part of Warba Bank’s vision to enhance customer satisfaction by offering premium services for customers’ convenience.

Mr. Adnan Al Salem, the Chief Retail Banking Officer explained the various functions of the new app, which includes access to account details and exploring other services and products offered by the bank. He assured that the new app was completely secure, since the bank has acquired latest, technologically advanced systems. He also explained how the new app streamlines the banking processes and customers can perform numerous banking activities with the click of a button. By following a few simple steps, users can access their account details, balance and other transactional information relevant to accounts.

The app is capable of generating bank statements in real-time, this would help users monitor their account activity. Additionally, the app also allows customers to transfer funds to other accounts, both local and international for free.

Al Salem further explained how the latest app is likely to benefit users, as they can conduct financial transactions without actually visiting the bank branches. In order to access account information, users are required to choose a user name and set a security question, which will be asked in case the customer forgets the password. Al Salem reiterated Warba Bank’s commitment to keep up the tradition of innovation for better customer service experience in a Sharia compliant manner, which will help maintain the bank’s image of being the most proactive bank in the region.
