Smart Security and Surveillance Solution Offered to Businesses by Etisalat

Etisalat reveals first of its kind security solution for customers in UAE.

Etisalat has introduced a new Smart Security and Surveillance solution, which guards customers against security threats. The security solution is being offered in partnership with LG electronics, to provide improved customer service to clients.

Abdullah Hashim, Senior Vice President, Digital Services, Etisalat UAE, said, “Businesses today are increasingly concerned with security and procedures and technology must effectively prevent vandalism, accidents, or unlawful building access from disrupting daily operations. For video surveillance, many companies still use closed circuit TV (CCTV) but this is not an efficient way to view property and assets remotely. Our exciting new IP-based solution is a one stop shop for security and surveillance allowing business owners to stay one step ahead of any unwarranted activity. Etisalat’s smart security and surveillance solution is mainly for SMB’s and large companies and is provided with a managed service contract and offers a three year payment plan. The service is made available on the grounds of performance based Service Level Agreement (SLA).
