Royal Jordanian and Zain signed an agreement to collaborate and develop a mutual framework to enhance the services offered to customers of both organizations.

Zain will provide its services to RJ passengers which include Wi-Fi internet facility and advance payment solutions. Provision of high quality communication service will enhance customer service experience for RJ passengers and add value to the travelling experience. Both companies also plan to collaborate further on luggage tracking devices, smartphone apps, boarding pass device and CIP lounge facilities. Additionally, RJ will offer exclusive customer service to Zain’s VIP customers.

Zain CEO Ahmad Hanandeh expressed pleasure over the partnership with RJ and said that Zain customers will benefit from the high quality services. He also promised that the company will thrive to offer unique and premium services to its customers to enable efficient communication and various value added services. He said that Zain’s continuous efforts and innovation will improve the lifestyle of consumers in the region. He also highlighted the benefits of the VIP lounge at Queen Alia International Airport which is equipped with high-tech solutions and technological advancement for convenience and comfort of customers.

RJ President/CEO Captain Haitham Misto said that he was pleased that one of the leading mobile carrier in the region has partnered with the national carrier of Jordan with an aim to enhance customer service experience. He also added that RJ’s partnership with Zain will enable both companies to come up with innovative solutions to streamline travel processes. This will result in more convenience for customers.
