GITEX Technology Week 2014, one of the largest and most extravagant technology event’s, concluded on Thursday 16th October, after a dazzling display of hundreds of new products and services from companies from all around the world. Dubai’s Word Trade Centre saw a large number of visitors during the 5-day event as companies displayed their products and services to the packed crowds.
LiveAdmins, a leading Live Chat service provider, made its presence felt at the event as hundreds of visitors walked in to the LiveAdmins’ booth, where they participated in discussions regarding the company’s products and services. Visitors also actively participated in the live chat demos and presentations at the booth, which were followed by lucky draws, giving visitors a chance to win iPad mini(s).
Hamza Nasir, Director of Strategic Relations, conducted several live demos and answered questions put across by the audience regarding live chat software and its applications. He explained the impact live chat could have on various businesses, and how this technology could help businesses in different industries increase their profit, reach out to a global customer base and enhance the overall online customer service experience. The demos were conducted in multiple languages, showcasing the multilingual nature of the software, which is supported by multilingual staff at the back end, hired and trained by the company in various locations around the world.
In addition to visitors wanting to know about the technology, several prominent companies visited the LiveAdmins’ booth. Visitors at the booth were given live chat demos as interactive sessions were held. Some of the companies who visited the booth include, Emircom, Source One, Prisma Flex International, Synechron, Core Edge Technology LLC, Emirates Airlines, ABM Data System, Invention Global Exhibits, Centrix and Key Information Technology LLC.
CustomerService.ae which is a project of LiveAdmins was also showcased at the event. Team members of the online magazine which talks about improving customer service across all industries in the Middle East region were present at the event. During the five day event, information and services offered by CustomerService.ae were shared with visitors.

The event came to an end with the LiveAdmins’ team having successfully conducted multiple demo sessions and giving away several ipad minis.
