Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) will be launching its smartphone App for iPhones during this month, a senior official told Gulf news .The App was first launched for Android-based smartphones in October last year to provide customers a platform to give feedback and get information as well.
According to Mohammad Jalal Al Raisi, Director of Communication and Community Service at ADFCA, the App has gathered positive feedback from the customers, who have been using it for complaints, suggestions and feedback.
The App provides the customers with the service of filing food safety complaints along with pictures on the spot. This kind of customer service provides customers with a platform to share information with authorities and ensure they are provided with quality service and hygienic food.
The App also lets customers check tips on food, agriculture, and livestock and even view the map services, to locate vets clinics, fodder centers and customer service centers.
