First ZOOM Store Opens for Customers in Bahrain

After witnessing growth and success in UAE, Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has opened the first ZOOM store in Juffair.

The recently opened ZOOM retail store in Bahrain will provide round the clock services to the residents of the region. The store will cater to all domestic needs of the residents including fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and all other grocery items. Additionally, the store also offers “Pronto”, a new concept introduced by ENOC Retail that offers fresh tea, coffee and pastries.

Burhan Al Hashemi, ENOC’s Managing Director of Retail in a statement said that ZOOM stores offer a unique experience that stands out from the rest of the retail market. He said delivering high quality and maintaining efficiency is an integral part of the store philosophy. Burhan Al Hashemi thanked the Bukhowa Investments Holding for partnering with them to open the new store, which has enabled growth in the GCC region. In order to accelerate growth, the company has franchised its outlets to its partners. In the next 5 years, the store plans to open 260 franchise stores in the region. The new ZOOM store is located in the Al Fateh service station in Juffair.

Since the launch of ENOC Retail, 170 ZOOM convenience stores have been opened which are part of service station network and Dubai Metro Stations, in addition to 22 ZOOM market stores across UAE at various locations.
