Nakheel developers have just opened up the first of the five community retail malls being planned in Dubai. The new mall, Jumeirah Park Pavilion is a retail facility expanding over an area of 10,600 square meters. The mall is aimed to cater to the needs of people living in Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Village and Jumeirah Islands. The idea is to provide a convenient experience to residents so they don’t have to travel long distances for their shopping needs.

The mall will have 28 shops, cafes, and restaurants as well as a Geant Easy Supermarket being one of the leading attractions which would fulfill shopping needs of customers.

Other malls planned by Nakheel will open in communities of International City, Al Furjan, Jumeirah Islands, Discovery Gardens, and Badrah.

He further added that building of new malls contributed to economic, social and environmental sustainability, bringing communities closer and reducing unnecessary car usage.
