Etisalat will be taking its customer service to a new dimension by offering the customers an upgrade from 2G to 3G service with the introduction of the UAE smartphone which is worth Dh 299 along with free monthly 100 MB data load for 6 months.
Upgrading to 3G will enable both pre-paid and postpaid customers to browse more effectively and have a better experience checking emails and using social network websites etc.
The 3G network will enhance the customer experience because it will allow customers to use their mobile phones to download smart apps, especially government services app which make usability of services effortless.
