Empower, the world’s largest district cooling services provider, has publicized the launch of its most recent customer service center in Dubai’s Business Bay area. Empower is looking to improve customer relations in the neighboring areas of this center, which will be about 10,000 customers. Empower has two district cooling plants functioning in the Business Bay Area and has an approximate capacity of 100,000 Refrigeration Tonnes.
The new customer service center will help with all the service delivered by Empower, so the customer needs of that area can be met, which consist of including registration, bill enquiries and payment and complaints management for up to 180 customers on a daily basis.
Empower currently has three such facilities, with this one being the fourth to the list. The three customer service centers are situated in Al Hudaiba Awards Buildings, the Jumeirah Beach Residence and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.
His Excellency Ahmad Bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer of Empower highlighted on the importance of customer service for Empower. He said that “value based customer service is an integral part of Empower’s operations” and that the company has grown to become the biggest district cooling network in the world. The cooling services have become as important to daily needs and water and electricity and he feels it requires the same dedication in delivery that similar utilities do.
His Excellency Ahmad Bin Shafar added more, with saying that being more accessible for customers is extremely important now, and service centers are a way to build relationships with clients and bring them closer to the company. The service centers will not just serve the customers but also help in enhancing customer relations and spread awareness to larger audiences.
