A representative of Emaar Malls spoke about the significance of this system for visitors, saying “Emaar Malls Group continues to innovate its services to ensure that our customer experiences are positive and seamless. With this as our priority, we strive to implement the latest technologies by working with some of the leading tech-providers. We undertake routine tests of such new technologies to evaluate customer feedback and how it adds to the visitor experience. This is in line with Emaar Malls Group’s strategy of providing customers with the most conducive environment when visiting our malls.”
The system is undergoing testing phase before it can become fully functional. Dubai Mall has one of the highest footfalls as a hot tourist attraction and the new system will certainly be of great use to visitors of the mall.
