Du Telecom in alignment with its vision for offering better customer service has launched for enhancing online shopping experience of customers. The company has added improved features to the online shop as Du customers will be able to conveniently shop for products in English and Arabic languages.

Customers will also be able to avail exclusive offers and the new Du online shop is accessible via mobile platforms Windows Phone, Android, iOS and Blackberry. Du is also planning to bring further improvements to enhance user experience for business customers as well.

All purchases made on Du online store will be delivered free of cost anywhere in the United Arab Emirates within the same day if the order has been placed before 12 PM and on the next day if the order was placed after 12PM or on Friday. Du also provides tracking option for customers to let them know where the purchase has reached. The different methods of making payments include online payment via credit card or payment on delivery via credit card or cash.

Talking about the new facility added by Du, Vice President Digital Business Mr. Jawad Shaikh said that the company highly valued customer feedback, convenience, ease of use and value for money products delivered. The company had ensured that customer feedback was incorporated in development of online shop, ensuring ease of use and flexibility. The customers will now be able to receive company products at their doorstep. He further added that the launch of online shop was the first step towards a comprehensive program towards improving customers’ online experiences.
