His Excellency Al Mansouri went to see facilities and departments at Ministry’s offices in Ajman where he took note of daily challenges that employees had to confront and also listened to the suggestions put forward by them. He also looked into the customers’ interaction with the employees as to what difficulties customers had to face while interacting with them
He praised the endeavors of Sheikh Sultan Bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Director of the Ministry’s office in Ajman, in delivering quality services.
His Excellency Al Mansouri expressed how the Ministry was on a fast-track to complete its e-services transformation so that key services are available on smartphones and other digital devices. Enabling integrated and data-connected mechanism, all of the Ministry’s services would soon be available online. This will further improve the customer experience. He also said that compilation of a directory of ministerial services would also be carried out soon. Moreover, in order to promote the services, an integrated marketing campaign will also be initiated by the Ministry.
