Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Chairman of the Ministry of Interior’s E-transformation Higher Committee, said that the new service is in line with Federal Government’s strategy to revamp and improve customer service experience. He further added that the new, streamlined procedures will save time and effort, as customers will no longer be required to visit official centers or banks.
