ADCB was given the award at the Retail Financial Services 2014 Awards ceremony which was hosted in collaboration with the Excellence in Retail Financial Services Convention, a leading retail banking event in the area. The event took place at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, Australia.

ADCB has focused on understanding customer problems as well as the feedback provided on their experiences with the company. ADCB has also adopted the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Life Time Value (CLV) in 2013, to measure customer engagement. ADCB is looking to improve the customer experience and work towards quality customer service delivery.
