RJ brings for its passengers a more interactive and convenient user experience by introducing a new mobile app for enhancing service quality.
Royal Jordanian, the flag carrier airline of Jordan, has introduced a mobile application for customer convenience, which lets passengers organize their travel plans and use the app for flight booking information and/or flight status etc.
The app is available for customers to download for free, from either the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. Passengers can utilize the app for various concerns, such as booking their flights, reading up on flight timings and status, check in from their location and also use it to see their frequent flyer program account.
The main page of the app will consist of multiple online services and useful information passengers will require. Customers will have an enhanced service via accessing the information through their mobile app on their smartphones. They can also use the app for mobile check in, learn about flight changes as well as the Royal Plus services.
