National Bank of Kuwait has introduced new features for its mobile app which will improve the customer experience. One of the most important features of the app is that it is bilingual, an Arabic version is now also available. In order to meet the demands of the increasing number of customers, several other features have also been added.

Mohammed Al Othman, NBK’s Assistant General Manager, Consumer Banking Group, said that NBK has always been committed towards introducing new and innovative features for customers. The new features of the app are aimed towards simplifying online banking and to make the experience easy for customers. NBK has always believed in deploying the latest technologies and benchmarks to offer convenience and comfort.

The new app which is free of charge, comes with Cash Deposit Machine locator in addition to promotion locators though participating outlets. The new features allows users to benefit from rewards programs and many other services and updates.

Customers can conveniently check their account balance, transfer funds, and manage credit cards and pay utility bills online through this app. Moreover, ordering new checkbooks is a lot easier with the newly added features. The new app is available to customers for free on all major platforms including Apple, Android and BlackBerry.
