The Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services in the Prime Minister’s Office initiated “Khadamati,” a smart portal that now offers an all-inclusive and restructured database of 200 government service centres in 44 federal government entities. This portal keeps all the data related to service centres in UAE in one place. Khadamati targets all the federal government bodies and assists the process of entering data of their services in line with the objectives of the Smart Government initiative.

The new portal comprises of several additional features such as the capability to browse through numerous services and information related to customer service centres of government entities. It also simplifies the updating of services automatically which are reflected immediately in the related systems, and is more efficient in terms of data-collecting than most other systems. The new portal which has data of over 4000 government services will help enhance customer satisfaction and achieve customer service excellence.

Hessa Buhumaid, Executive Director for Government Services Sector at the Prime Minister’s Office, said that “Khadamati” is a system that provides services in an integrated framework, incorporating the service systems of federal government entities to achieve the transition to Smart Government. This is in accordance with UAE Vision 2021.

A training workshop was also held for senior officials to ensure efficient use of Khadamati system.
