FRiENDi mobile has established itself as Oman’s 3rd biggest mobile service provider through proactively adopting to the changing needs of customers in the region. The telecommunication giant has partnered with Bank Dhofar, which will enable customers to charge their mobile phones through all E-channels. The partnership will allow customers to use Bank Dhofar E-channels to charge their prepaid accounts remotely at any time of the day.
Mr. Martin Glud, CEO, FRiENDi mobile said that FRiENDi mobile believes in providing convenience and premium customer service to all subscribers. He further added that the latest partnership with Bank Dhofar will expand options for customers in terms of convenient payment choices. He expressed confidence in partnering with Bank Dhofar, and said that this partnership will help the company strengthen the brand name, in addition to expanding the scope and scale of FRiENDi’s mobile services in the region.
FRiENDi mobile customers can now also recharge their friends and family members’ account with the help of Bank Dhofar’s online channels through smart phone application. The company also plans to introduce recharge facility at Bank Dhofar’s CDM machines. All e-channel transactions will be conducted in real-time, and customers will receive an SMS after each transaction.
