Etisalat Increases Weekly Data Roaming Allowance for Customers

Etisalat, the leading telecom operator in UAE, has introduced a special summer roaming offer for its prepaid and post-paid customers, which includes the corporate clients. The special summer roaming offer will allow Etisalat customers to enjoy additional data allowance on their weekly roaming package, increasing their data limit from 1GB to 2GB in the same price of Dh200. Customers can avail the limited time offer till August 31, 2015.

During this period, customers who activate 1GB weekly offer will automatically get the additional data offer for free as soon as they access the internet in a foreign country. Customers can subscribe to the special summer promotion by simply dialing *177#, free of charge, from the UAE or overseas, sending a text message to 1010 by writing ‘WEEK1GB’ or visiting any Etisalat outlet or business centre.

Customers can also subscribe to the exciting offer by downloading the Etisalat mobile app for free. The best part about the deal is that upon expiry or consumption of the package, customers can re-subscribe to the offer. Once the customer reaches their travel destination, they will receive a welcome SMS that will update them on the availability of the service through preferred partners.

To further enhance the customer experience and customer satisfaction, Etisalat has given users more control of their account by offering customizable services and SMS notifications. The customized services will enable customers to manage their charges as well as data roaming usage.
