du has established itself as one of the leading telecommunication operator’s in the region. In an attempt to enhance customer service the telecommunication giant revamped its existing portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs) offerings with the introduction of the Business Mobile Plan. The new initiative is part of a plan to ‘simplify’ the portfolio in 2015, with an aim to streamline the future business approach.
The new Business Mobile Plan will offer five different options. Customers will be able to benefit from services starting at just AED 50. The new plans also feature data, national and international voice, SMS and devices, in addition to free calls within their company. Customers will also be able to utilize national data bundle, extra national calling and SMS bundles.
Hany Fahmy Ali, Executive Vice President, Enterprise Business, du , said that SMEs are an important part of UAE’s economy and are instrumental in economic growth. He said that du has introduced the new SMEs plan to cater for the ever-growing market. He further added that the new plan will offer flexibility and convenience to customers. Hany Fahmy outlined other benefits of the new plan including free calls and latest smartphones at zero upfront cost.
Du will soon start offering Mobile Plan to small and medium enterprise customers (SME) which will be available across all du channels. Although customers can use their current plan, but in order to enjoy the new value adding service, customers need to move to the new plan.
