Du, a leading telecom provider of UAE has taken the initiative of providing its valuable customers with Health Tips SMS service, which will daily send customers health facts, suggestions and health tips on their phones. The content of the messages is with the consent of the UAE’s Ministry of Health and put together by Mobile Doctors.
Fahad Al Hassawi, Chief Commercial Officer, Du, said: “We are committed to using our mobile services to improve the lives of our customers, by adding life to their lives in meaningful ways. Health Tips is intended to encourage our customers and the people of the UAE to live healthier lives.”
Customers signing up for the package will be charged AED1 per day per package, which will include one SMS for each package subscribed.
Customers can subscribe to multiple packs, such as Live Well, Lose Weight, Quit Smoke, Manage Diabetes, Be Calm and Her Health. All packages are available in both English and Arabic.
Du is looking to improve its customer service through this initiative of providing health tips, as it shows their sincerity and value for the customers.
