The renowned international logistics firm, DHL Express has opened another retail service point for its customers in Qatar. The brand new service point is located in one of Doha’s leading shopping centres, the City Centre Mall. The latest retail point will enable DHL to further boost customer experience by offering them easy accessibility to first-rate services.
With the opening of the new service point at City Centre Mall, DHL is now operating a total of 11 service points across Qatar. This shows its commitment towards the country and the ever increasing customer base in the state. According to DHL, the new in-mall retail spot is specifically designed to meet the high demand, as the company continues to serve the swiftly increasing population.
On the opening of the new service point, the Country Manager of DHL for Qatar, Nael Attiyat said that they are relentlessly finding ways to better serve their valued customers. Attiyat added that the opening of the new service point will increase convenience and improve service standard, which will enable DHL to remain the first choice of customers.
DHL has been providing services to customers in Qatar for 35 years now.
