Dalma Mall and ADCB Collaborate to Launch a Customer Loyalty Program

Dalma Mall, a popular shopping destination in Abu Dhabi has recently collaborated with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) to launch the ADCB Touch Points Program. The new loyalty program will provide Touch Points to ADCB customers for all their commercial activities while making transactions through their bank account, debit card, credit card or any other banking facilities including online banking. Customers will be able to redeem the touch points in the form of cash vouchers.

ADCB will also issue customers ADCB Vouchers if they choose to select Dalma Mall as their preferred redemption location. The customers can present the vouchers at the Dalma Mall Customer Service Desks where they will be given Mall Gift Vouchers of a value which is equal to that of the ADCB Vouchers. Customers can use these vouchers to make purchases at any of the shops at Dalma Mall.

Mr. Mohammed Al Mazrouei, the Executive Director at Dalma Mall said that Dalma Mall has been in the market since 2010 and they firmly believe in delivering a high quality customer experience. As a step to further improve the shopping experience of customers, the mall has partnered with Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank to create incentives and add value for customers.
