Customers of Big Bus in Dubai to Have Improved Services

The Big Bus Tour Company and the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) have collaborated to improve the service quality offered by the tourism infrastructure of the city.

Passengers of Big Bus in Dubai will soon be offered air conditioned bus shelters to improve their comfort and customer experience while they are waiting for the bus.

There are also plans of installing 20 bus stop poles, which will make it easier for customers to identify the stops of the bus in the Emirates. The poles will be installed step by step in the summer and number of bus stops will also be increased to facilitate tourists.

Mike Lees, General Manager of Big Bus Tours Middle East said: “This Big Bus Tours bus stop initiative is aimed at enhancing Dubai’s tourism infrastructure, regulating Hop-on, Hop-off bus stops and most of all meeting the expectations of tourists visiting the city.”
