Empower announced the reopening of its Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) customer service centre in Dubai. The company has established itself as one of the leading district cooling services provider. The new customer service centre will cater to the growing demand from customers and offer enhanced customer experience. The service centre will enable the company to serve a large number of customers.

The customer service centre is located in the Murjan 1 building of JBR which will cater to a variety of customer requests including registration, bill enquiries and payment, and complaints resolution. The company aims to deal with 150 customers on a daily basis. Empower has been operating its customer service centres in Al Hudaiba Awards Buildings, Business Bay and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

H.E Ahmad Bin Shafar, Chief Executive Officer, Empower said that the company started off with one centre at JBR more than 10 years ago. He highlighted the growth and establishment of new centres in other areas to offer high quality customer service to the residents. He said that the new customer service centre opened in Jumeirah Beach Residence will improve experience and create more value for customers.
