CBI Offers Enhanced Customer Experience With Newly Furbished Branch in Ras Al Khaimah

The Chairman of Ports and Customs Department of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, HH Sheikh Ahmad Bin Saqr Al Qasimi inaugurated the newly renovated branch of Commercial Bank International (CBI) in Al Hamra Ras Al Khaimah. The Chairman of CBI, Mr. Mohammad Sultan Al Qadi along with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bank, Mark Robinson, CBI staff and customers of the bank were also present at the event.

CBI aims to deliver a superior banking experience to customers throughout the Emirates by setting up an accessible network of branches and ATMs. The newly opened branch is a step in this direction to enhance the customer experience. According to the Head of Branches at CBI, Ms. Marwa Al Falasi the new branch will reinforce their presence in the area, since it is located right in the middle of Al Hamra region in Ras Al Khaimah. Ms. Marwa also said that the bank is committed towards offering maximum value to customers by providing an extensive range of value added and innovative products and services.

The new branch not only has a contemporary design, but it is also equipped with the latest technology that will boost the efficiency and improve the service quality experienced by consumers. The renovated branch offers several products and services which include current accounts to saving accounts, deposit accounts to credit cards and personal loans to e-banking facility for customers.
