Premier Motors, the official Ford dealer in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain have also been acknowledged for their quality service and have been awarded with a certification for their Mussafah facility.
Ford motors has performed an audit for the post sales centers of all its dealers in various departments from the service reception, call center, workshops and others.
“We applaud Al Tayer Motors and Premier Motors for this great achievement,” said Chris Noel, Ford Middle East’s Director of Customer Service.
“Their continued focus on delivering the highest customer satisfaction levels is truly commendable. The entire After-Sales management and team work continuously to deliver the optimum vehicles ownership experience that the Ford and Lincoln customers expect and deserve,” he added.
Boulos Massoud, General Manager Aftersales, Al Tayer Motors also highlighted the importance of the customers to the company and the customer service efforts that are made to please the customer and provide a “timely, smooth and convenient” experience for the customers. He also mentioned the investment into improving the experience at the centers and training the staff to deliver higher standards of service.
