30 Smart Services Launched by Dubai Courts to Enhance Customer Experience

The Dubai Courts announced the launch of smart services that aim to streamline the judicial services through 24 hour availability. The official application is now available for download, which enables customers to benefit from 30 new services. The new app does not only provide convenience to customers, but saves a lot of time and cost.

HE Expert / Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General of Dubai Courts said that the latest value addition reflects His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai’s vision to enable the public to conduct all government transactions through phone.

The provision of e-services will enable easy access to various judicial services. The new e-services will benefit the organization as well through more effective employee performance and motivation.

The newly launched app is user friendly, simple and easy to navigate. A simple 4 step process will allow customers to apply for various services and check their follow-up status. The interactive smart app will enhance the customer experience and add to their convenience. The application is available on both, iOS and android, platforms.

Some of services offered include, the follow-up procedures of service implementation, services for inquiring about funds, property, passport photo, vehicles, cash and deposits with banks, departure of a party through General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, the stock and bonds, service of To Whom It May Concern certificates, service of booking trade name and accounting service.

The app is one of its kind service, especially in any government department, since the app does not only process requests, but its integrated system uses the technology to streamline various procedures and operations. Customers can start using the smart services by simply submitting a request. The transaction can be conducted in entirety till the final decision is processed. The new app also minimizes and eliminates all the redundant activities and provide a way for the organization to effectively monitor and control various procedures and processes.
