Etihad will start flying from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport to Abu Dhabi nonstop starting December 2014.

Etihad airways which is world known for its luxurious service and high quality customer experience will now be flying 3 times a week starting December 2014, from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport to Abu Dhabi.

“The business opportunities between the Texas region [and Abu Dhabi], in oil and gas but also construction companies and financial services, those things are important to our decisions” said Geert Boven, Etihad’s senior vice president of the Americas.

“It’s the opportunity to be able to connect major markets.”

Etihad is aiming to utilize DFW to connect its passengers from Asia to Australia via Abu Dhabhi highlighted Boven. The plane used for this route will be a Boeing 777-200LR which will provide eight first class suites, 40 business class flatbed seats and 189 economy seats.

Not only that Etihad plans to enhance the experience of the customer by providing value for their money, through having a chef on board for first class customers, limousine service for First class and Business class and nannies to assist for families in first class if they want.
