In a press conference during the three-day Dubai Government Achievements Exhibition, Dubai Courts announced the launch of 80 new smart services which will help in improving customer experience. The services are designed to enable provision of judiciary services with added value to achieve customer satisfaction and welfare of community.

The launch of new services reflects the commitment towards technological shift towards smart services. The initiative is part of an ultimate goal to make Dubai the world’s smartest city as envisioned by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Tarish Eid Al Mansouri, Director General, Dubai Courts, said that in an attempt to expand the portfolio of services, Dubai Courts plans to offer up to 110 of the total 210 smart services by the end of this year. He said that the organization has made great strides in streamlining its services through the use of technological advancements. He reaffirmed Dubai Courts’ commitment to enhance the quality of its services. He expressed hope that the launch of the new smart services will help further increase the Happiness Index of the courts’ customers.

In the past, Dubai Courts has launched several smart services to improve the quality of service that is provided to customers.
