Dewa’s Customer Suggestion Scheme Receives Accreditation

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) has been accredited with the prestigious ‘Gold Level’ award by ideasUK for its Customer Suggestion Scheme called eSuggest.

MD and CEO of Dewa Mr. Saeed Mohammad Al Tayer spoke about Dewa’s efforts to improve its service, saying, “In line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Dewa is working towards improving its performance and efficiency levels in its service, enabling us to serve happier customers. Dewa works to implement different concepts raised by its customers and putting them into practice to create a favorable environment that is built on the pillars of unrivalled customer service. This has enabled us truly live up to our vision of being a sustainable world-class utility service provider, on par with the best global standards.”

He further added, “The Gold Level accreditation underlines our commitment to provide world-class customer service, while reiterating the culture of excellence that we promote across Dewa. Having recently won the Customer Satisfaction award in the Excellence category of the Dubai Government Excellence Programme, these laurels are a testament to our craft and relentless march towards sustainable development in the Emirate.”

EVP of Customer Service at Dewa Mr. Abdullah Al Hajri was also present on this occasion who talked about how Dewa introduced technologically advanced solutions to provide world-class customer experience.
