Axiom to Offer Delivery on Payment via Credit Card

Axiom, the mobile phone retailer has announced a new service initiative in UAE, offering customers payment facility through credit card on delivery of the product. Axiom has partnered with Mashreq (A Financial Institution in UAE) to offer this new service. This new payment option will be available to customers in Dubai and Sharjah. The customers will need to select card on delivery option by visiting the axiom telecom website. Once they have selected this option, a customer service representative will call them to confirm details of the order.

Upon the arrival of the product to customer’s doorstep, they will insert their Master or Visa powered card into Mashreq Payport device, enter bank pin and sign on courier’s (Axiom’s) smartphone. A receipt will be generated and sent to them in their inbox. Currently, the service has no particular requirements regarding minimum purchase order or other requirements to provide detailed personal information. The bank is also offering zero instalment plan via this service. In order to ensure success of this service, it has been made compatible with all mobile POS machines.
